And reaction towers are more commonly used as important equipment in chemical production in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceuticals. They are mainly used for mass transfer reactions between gas, liquid, or gas-liquid phases and are the core devices in large-scale chemical production


In terms of structure, the reactor is generally composed of the equipment body, transmission equipment, platform, and agitator, etc. It usually has a stirring function and can assist in the mixing of reaction materials. The reaction tower, on the other hand, is usually composed of a cylinder, feed inlet, discharge outlet, regenerant nozzle, etc. Its structure is more complex, and different structural forms and operating methods need to be designed according to the specific reaction process


In addition, the application scenarios of reaction vessels and reaction towers in industrial production are also different. The reaction kettle is mainly used for small-scale experiments, pilot production, and small-scale production on the production site.
