With the continuous development of agricultural technology, nitrogen fertilizer, as an important fertilizer for improving crop yield and quality, has always been of great concern. However, traditional nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing methods often face problems such as high energy consumption and high pollution. Therefore, developing a new, efficient, and environmentally friendly nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing method has important practical significance. This article aims to introduce a new manufacturing method for nitrogen fertilizers, in order to provide some reference for the development of chemical raw material production
2、 Materials and Methods
1 The raw materials required for this experiment mainly include nitrogen, hydrogen, water, and minerals
2. Manufacturing method of new nitrogen fertilizer
(1) Mixing of nitrogen and hydrogen: Mixing nitrogen and hydrogen in a certain proportion to form a nitrogen hydrogen mixed gas
(2) Introduction of water vapor: Water vapor is introduced into a nitrogen hydrogen mixture to react at a certain temperature and pressure, generating ammonia gas
(3) Catalyst addition: Add an appropriate amount of catalyst to the reaction system to reduce the reaction energy barrier and increase the reaction rate
(4) Ammonia absorption: The generated ammonia is absorbed with an absorbent to form ammonia water
(5) Concentration and crystallization: Concentrate and crystallize ammonia water to obtain a new type of nitrogen fertilizer product
3、 Results and Discussion
1 The manufacturing process flow of new nitrogen fertilizer is shown in Figure 1. Firstly, nitrogen and hydrogen are mixed, and then water vapor is introduced. Under the action of a catalyst, a reaction occurs to generate ammonia gas. The generated ammonia undergoes steps such as absorption, concentration, and crystallization to ultimately obtain a new type of nitrogen fertilizer product

2 Advantages of New Nitrogen Fertilizer
(1) Efficiency: New nitrogen fertilizer has a high nitrogen element content, which can meet the needs of crop growth and improve crop yield
(2) Environmental friendliness: Environmentally friendly processes and materials are used in the manufacturing process, reducing reliance on traditional energy and reducing environmental pollution during the production process
(3) Economy: The new manufacturing method reduces production costs, improves production efficiency, and makes the new nitrogen fertilizer more competitive in the market
3. Comparison with traditional manufacturing methods: Compared with traditional manufacturing methods, the new nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing method has the advantages of low energy consumption, low pollution, and high efficiency. The specific comparison is shown in Table 1

This study introduces a new type of nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing method, which has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, and economy, and meets the development requirements of green chemical industry. Compared with traditional manufacturing methods, new methods have shown significant advantages in energy consumption, pollution, and efficiency. Therefore, the manufacturing methods of new nitrogen fertilizers provide new ideas and methods for the development of chemical production raw materials, and are expected to play a greater role in future agricultural production.
