Through the above manufacturing method, we can get samarium oxide products with high purity and uniform particle size distribution. The specific product indexes are as follows: purity ≥99%, particle size D50=5μm.
2. Discussion
(1) The control of reaction temperature and time has a great influence on the product quality. Too high temperature will lead to larger particle size of the product, and too low temperature will make the reaction incomplete. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the appropriate reaction temperature and time according to the actual situation.
(2) The washing and drying processes also need to control the appropriate conditions to ensure product purity and particle size distribution.
IV.CONCLUSION
This paper introduces a manufacturing method of samarium oxide, by controlling the reaction conditions, washing and drying processes, a samarium oxide product with high purity and uniform particle size distribution can be obtained. This method has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost and good product quality, which can be widely used in the field of raw materials for chemical production.
