Manufacturing Method of Bleaching Powder
I. Introduction

II, raw material preparation

The reaction generates calcium hypochlorite, which is the active ingredient of bleaching powder, and at the same time generates calcium chloride as a by-product. During the reaction, factors such as pH, temperature and chlorine flow need to be controlled to ensure the stability of the reaction and product quality.
Four, product post-processing
After the reaction, the product needs to be post-processed. First, the solid bleaching powder and mother liquor are separated by methods such as filtration and centrifugation. Then, the bleaching powder is washed, dried and packed to obtain the final bleaching powder product. The mother liquor contains unreacted raw materials and by-products, which can be further processed and utilized.

In the production process of bleaching powder, attention needs to be paid to safety and environmental protection. Chlorine gas is a toxic gas, and its leakage and discharge need to be strictly controlled.
