Sodium hydroxide solution and chlorine gas are separated by the action of diaphragm or ion exchange membrane. The sodium hydroxide solution is concentrated, crystallized and centrifuged to get the finished product of bead alkali.
III. Finished product treatment and packaging
1. Finished product treatment
The obtained bead alkali finished product needs to be tested to ensure its quality meets the relevant standards.
2. Packing
Qualified bead alkali finished products are packed, usually using plastic bags or plastic drums and other packaging materials to ensure the quality of the product in the transportation and storage process.
