Manufacturing Method of Redan
I. Introduction
Redan, as an important raw material for the production of chemicals, is widely used in the fields of antirust pigments, plastics, rubber, ceramics and so on. Its manufacturing method involves a number of chemical reactions and process steps, therefore, mastering the manufacturing method of reddan is of great significance to improve product quality and production efficiency. This article will introduce the manufacturing method of red Dan in detail, including raw material preparation, reaction process, post-treatment and other process steps.
II. Raw material preparation
1. Lead white: grind lead white into fine powder, sieve and spare.
2. Nitric acid: use industrial grade nitric acid, the concentration is about 65%.
3. Water: use deionized water to ensure pure water quality.
3. Reaction process
1. Reaction between lead white and nitric acid: add the lead white powder into nitric acid slowly, while stirring to make it fully react. The reaction generates nitrate of lead.
2. Control pH: adjust the pH of the reaction solution with deionized water to a certain range, so that the nitrate of lead is fully dissolved.
3. Crystallization: Cool the reaction solution to a certain temperature, so that the nitrate of lead is crystallized.
4. Filtration and washing: Separate the crystals by filtration and wash with deionized water to remove impurities.
4. Post-treatment
1. Drying: put the filter cake into a drying box and dry it to constant weight at a certain temperature.
2. Grinding and sieving: Grind the dried crystals into fine powder and sieve it for spare.
3. Packing: Pack the powder of reddan in sealed containers, pay attention to moisture-proof and sun-proof.
V. Precautions
1. Temperature and pH should be strictly controlled during the whole manufacturing process to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction and the stability of product quality.
2. Pay attention to safety during operation, avoid contacting skin and inhaling gas.
3. Wastes generated during the production process should be properly disposed of to avoid pollution of the environment.
VI. Quality Control
To ensure the quality of reddan products, the following aspects of quality control are required:
1. Chemical composition analysis: Regularly test the content of lead, nitrogen and other key elements in reddan products to ensure that it meets the relevant standards.
2. Physical property testing: Test the particle size distribution, color, density and other physical properties of Redan products to meet the requirements of different applications.
3. Impurity control: Strictly monitor the impurities that may be introduced during the production process to ensure product purity.
Through the above manufacturing methods and quality control measures, high quality reddan products can be produced to provide a stable supply of raw materials for the field of raw materials for chemical production.
