Manufacturing methods of lubricants
I. Introduction

II. Materials and Methods
1. Materials
Base oil: this is the main component of the lubricant, usually using paraffin-based base oil or cycloalkyl base oil.
Additives: These include antioxidants, anti-wear agents, extreme pressure agents, corrosion inhibitors, metal passivators, etc.
2. Manufacturing method
Mixing: Add the selected base oil and additives into the mixing equipment according to a certain proportion, and mix and blend them thoroughly.
Homogenization: Homogenize the mixture by homogenizer to ensure the uniform distribution of each component.
Degassing: under vacuum condition, the gas in the mixture is removed.
Filtering: removing impurities from the mixture by means of filtering equipment.
Filling: the filtered lubricant is filled into pre-cleaned containers.
III. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The lubricant manufactured by the above method has good lubricating properties, antioxidant properties, anti-wear properties and anti-corrosion properties. The specific performance indexes are as follows:
Viscosity: in line with the relevant standards, with good fluidity.
Flash point: higher than a certain temperature, with high safety.
Acid value: lower, indicating lower oxidation and better antioxidant performance.
Four-ball test: less abrasion, better anti-wear performance.
Anti-corrosion performance: in line with relevant standards, with better anti-corrosion performance.
Compared with commercially available similar products, the lubricant manufactured in this paper has a higher cost-effective ratio and can meet the needs of the field of raw materials for chemical production. At the same time, the process of manufacturing lubricants by this method is simple, easy to operate and easy to realize industrialized production.

This paper describes in detail a lubricant manufacturing method, the lubricant manufactured by this method has good performance and higher cost-effective, and can meet the needs of the field of raw materials for the production of chemicals. At the same time, the method is simple in process, convenient in operation, easy to realize industrialized production, and has a good application prospect.
