4. After the addition is completed, continue to stir the reaction for 2-3 hours, then reduce the temperature to 50-60 ℃, add a small amount of activated carbon decolorization, filtration to remove activated carbon.
5. Vacuum distillation, collect the fraction of 180-200℃/2kPa, which is monobenzene diisodecyl phosphite.
3. Precautions
1. The temperature should be strictly controlled during operation to prevent too high or too low temperature from affecting the reaction.
2. The speed of adding needs to be moderate, to avoid too fast leading to uneven reaction.
3. Vacuum distillation needs to control the vacuum degree and distillation temperature to ensure product quality.

The product quality indexes of Isodecyl diphenyl phosphite are as follows: appearance is colorless transparent liquid, acid value ≤0.5mgKOH/g, ester content ≥98%, moisture ≤0.1%. V. Safety and environmental protection
