PA46 manufacturing method

I. Raw material preparation

II, polymerization reaction

The purpose of the pre-polymerization reaction is to generate a low molecular weight prepolymer in preparation for the final polymerization reaction.
2. Final polymerization
At the stage of final polymerization, the prepolymer is transferred to the final polymerization reactor, add additives such as antioxidants, continue to raise the reaction temperature, and carry out the final polymerization reaction. The purpose of the final polymerization reaction is to produce high molecular weight PA46 resin.
In the process of polymerization reaction, it is necessary to control the reaction temperature, pressure, stirring speed and other parameters to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction and the quality of the product.
Third, post-processing
After the polymerization reaction is completed, post-processing is required, including cooling, pelletizing, drying and other processes to obtain the final PA46 product.
Fourth, quality control
In the manufacturing process of PA46, it is necessary to strictly control the quality of raw materials, reaction conditions and product performance indicators to ensure stable and reliable product quality. At the same time, it is also necessary to carry out batch testing of products and retained samples for observation, so as to detect problems in time and take appropriate measures.
