Manufacturing method of industrial butadiene-opener material
I. INTRODUCTION
Butadiene is an important chemical raw material, which is widely used in the fields of synthetic rubbers, plastics, fibers and so on. Among them, the manufacturing method of industrial butadiene-opener as a key raw material for the production of butadiene is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and product quality of butadiene. In this paper, a manufacturing method of industrial butadiene-opener material will be introduced.
II. MATERIALS AND METHODS
1. MATERIALS
The main components of the industrial butadiene-opener material are butadiene, catalysts, additives and so on.
2. EQUIPMENT
The equipment to be used for manufacturing the industrial butadiene-opener feed includes a reactor, a stirrer, a condenser, a separator and the like.
3. Manufacturing method
(1) Preparation of catalyst: Mix the catalyst components in a certain proportion and prepare a uniform catalyst.
(2) Pretreatment of butadiene: purify the butadiene and remove the impurities in it.
(3) Reaction: In the reactor, the pretreated butadiene is mixed with the catalyst and the reaction is carried out to produce butadiene-driving material.
(4) Post-treatment: after the reaction, the reaction product is post-treated, including cooling, separation, washing and other steps, to obtain the final industrial butadiene-opener feed.
III. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
1. Product quality
The industrial butadiene-opener material obtained by the above manufacturing method has a high purity and stability, and its product quality conforms to the relevant standards.
2. Production efficiency
The manufacturing method has high production efficiency, which can meet the demand of large-scale production. Meanwhile, the catalyst has better activity and selectivity, which can improve the conversion rate of butadiene and product yield.
3. Environmental friendliness
During the manufacturing process, the waste and by-products are effectively treated and utilized, avoiding the pollution of the environment. Meanwhile, the manufacturing method is also in line with the principle of green chemical industry and has good environmental protection.
IV.CONCLUSION
In this paper, a manufacturing method of industrial butadiene-driving compounds was introduced, which has the advantages of stable product quality, high production efficiency and good environmental protection. By this method, high quality industrial butadiene-opener material can be prepared, which provides an important raw material guarantee for the production of butadiene. Meanwhile, the method also provides a feasible reference program for the production of other chemicals.
