PC/ABS manufacturing method

I. Preparation of raw materials

2. ABS resin: choose ABS resin with good processing performance and high impact strength.

3. Additives: according to the need, can add antioxidants, heat stabilizers, ultraviolet absorbers and so on to improve the performance of PC / ABS.

2. Blending process

1. Dosing: add PC resin, ABS resin and additives into high-speed mixer according to a certain proportion and mix well.

2. Melt blending: add the ingredients into the twin-screw extruder for melt blending to ensure that the PC and ABS are fully mixed, and at the same time to achieve uniform dispersion of additives.

3. Extrusion pelletizing: After melt blending, pelletizing is carried out through the extruder head to obtain PC/ABS blend pellets.

3. Molding Processing

1. Drying: Dry the PC/ABS pellets in the drying equipment to remove moisture and prevent air bubbles during processing.

2. Injection molding: add the dried PC/ABS granules into the injection molding machine, heat and melt, inject into the mold, cool and set, demold to obtain the finished product.

Four, post-processing

According to the needs of the finished product can be heat treatment, surface treatment and other processes to improve the dimensional stability of the product, weather resistance and other properties.
