In this paper, we will introduce a manufacturing method of ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether, which is produced by acid-catalyzed reaction using ethanol and isobutylene as raw materials.
I. Raw materials and equipment

2. Equipment: reactor, condenser, fractionator, storage tank, pump, valve, etc.
II. Manufacturing steps
1. Add ethanol into the reactor and heat it to a certain temperature.

The method has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation, high yield, etc., and has better market prospect and economic benefits. In the actual production process, the optimization of the production process and equipment maintenance should be strengthened to improve the production efficiency and quality, and the environmental protection and safety management should be enhanced to ensure the smooth production.
