I. Raw Material Preparation

3. Post-treatment
1. When the esterification reaction in the reactor is carried out to a certain extent, stop heating and cool the reactor to room temperature.
2. Pour the reaction solution into a dispensing funnel and wash with water several times to remove the remaining acid and alcohol in the reaction solution.
3. Dry the washed dioctyl alcohol liquid with anhydrous sodium sulfate and filter to remove the sodium sulfate.
4. Finally the pure dioctyl lipid product is obtained by distillation.
