[News & Trends]:Water-based fluorescent green production methods and production process, what are the commonly used raw materials

Manufacturing method of water-based fluorescent green

I. Introduction

Water-based fluorescent green is an important raw material for the production of chemicals, which is widely used in the fields of dyestuffs, pigments, fluorescent whiteners and so on. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the production process of water-based fluorescent green is also gradually developing in the direction of environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving. In this paper, a manufacturing method of water-based fluorescent green will be introduced, aiming to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution.

II. Materials and Methods

1. Materials

Main raw materials: fluorescent green pigment, emulsifier, water and so on.

Auxiliary materials: regulator, stabilizer, etc.

2. Equipment

Emulsifying tank, stirrer, centrifuge, filter and so on.

3. Manufacturing method

(1) Ingredients: add fluorescent green pigment, emulsifier, water and other raw materials into the emulsifying tank according to a certain proportion.

(2) Emulsification: make the raw materials mix fully by stirrer to form stable emulsion.

(3) Centrifugal separation: pour the emulsion into the centrifuge to separate the excess water and impurities.

(4) Adjusting pH: Adding regulator to adjust the pH of emulsion to stabilize it within a certain range as needed.

(5) Add stabilizer: add appropriate amount of stabilizer to improve the storage stability of water-based fluorescent green.

(6) Filtration: filter out the impurities in the emulsion through the filter to obtain pure waterborne fluorescent green products.

III. Results and Discussion

1. Results

Through the above manufacturing method, we successfully produced water-based fluorescent green products with bright color, high brightness and good stability, which are in line with the relevant industry standards.

2. Discussion

(1) The influence of raw material ratio: the ratio of raw materials is one of the key factors affecting the performance of water-based fluorescent green. Too much fluorescent green pigment will lead to the color of the product is too dark, too little will lead to the color is too light. Therefore, the ratio of raw materials needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation.

(2) Selection of emulsifier: the selection of emulsifier has an important influence on the stability of emulsion. Choosing the right emulsifier can improve the stability of the emulsion and prevent the occurrence of phenomena such as delamination and emulsion breaking.

(3) the influence of pH: pH has an important influence on the stability and color of water-based fluorescent green. Therefore, the pH value needs to be strictly controlled in the manufacturing process to ensure the quality and stability of the product.

Four, Conclusion

This paper introduces a manufacturing method of waterborne fluorescent green, through the reasonable proportion of ingredients, the choice of emulsifier and the adjustment of pH value and other measures, successfully produced a high-quality waterborne fluorescent green products. The method has the advantages of high production efficiency, low energy consumption and environmental protection, which can provide a new manufacturing program for the field of chemical production.
