Second, raw material selection

3. Spinning

The melt passes through the spinneret inside the spinning chamber to form the filaments. The aperture size of the spinneret has an important influence on the fineness of the filament strip. During the spinning process, the temperature of the spinneret, the aperture size and the spinning speed need to be controlled to ensure the quality and yield of the tow.

4. Stretching

The spun tow is stretched by the stretching machine to increase its orientation and strength. The stretching times are generally controlled at 3-5 times, and the stretching temperature is controlled at 70-90℃.

5. Heat-setting

The stretched filament enters the heat-setting area, and the molecular structure inside the filament is stabilized through high temperature setting. The temperature of heat-setting is generally controlled at 180-220℃, and the time of setting depends on the specification and quality requirement of the filament. Winding

6. After sizing, the filaments are wound into tubes by the winding machine, that is to say, we get the semi-matte POY products. In the winding process, it is necessary to control the winding tension, winding speed and other factors to ensure the quality of the cylinder molding and yield.

Four, equipment selection

Manufacture of semi-matte POY need to use the extruder, spinning machine, stretching machine, heat-setting machine and winding machine and other equipment. When selecting equipment, the performance, stability, reliability and other factors of the equipment should be considered to ensure the smooth running of the production process and the stability of product quality.

V. Quality control
