[News & Trends]:Semi-matte bamboo production methods and production process, what are the commonly used raw materials

Manufacturing method of semi-matte bamboo joints

I. INTRODUCTION

With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of environmental protection consciousness, bamboo is more and more widely used in the field of raw materials for the production of chemicals. As an important raw material for the production of chemicals, semi-matte bamboo knots have high economic value and use value. In this paper, the manufacturing method of semi-matte bamboo joints will be introduced in detail.

II. Materials and Methods

1. Materials

(1) Bamboo material: choose the bamboo material with good growth, free of pests and diseases, and saw it into segments with a length of 1 meter.

(2) Matting agent: choose environmentally friendly, non-toxic matting agent.

(3) Other auxiliary materials: such as water, preservatives, etc.

2. Equipment

(1) Sawing machine: for sawing bamboo into specified length.

(2) Steaming equipment: used for steaming bamboo materials.

(3) Grinding machine: used for grinding bamboo joints.

(4) Mixer: for mixing the matting agent with other auxiliary materials.

3. Manufacturing method

(1) Preparation of bamboo material: bamboo material is sawed into segments of 1 meter in length, bamboo leaves and roots are removed and cleaned.

(2) Steaming treatment: Put the bamboo material into the steaming equipment and steam it under proper temperature and pressure to make it soft and easy to process.

(3) Peeling treatment: Use the peeling machine to remove the green skin on the surface of the bamboo material, exposing the yellowish flesh part of the bamboo.

(4) Polishing: Use the polishing machine to polish the bamboo sections to make the surface smooth.

(5) Stirring the matting agent: Put the matting agent and other auxiliary materials into the blender and stir them well to make the matting agent solution.

(6) Applying matting agent: Use brush or spray gun to apply the matting agent solution evenly on the surface of bamboo joints, pay attention to the thickness of the application to be moderate.

(7) Drying treatment: Put the bamboo joints coated with matting agent in a dry place to dry naturally, or use drying equipment to dry.

(8) Quality testing: The dried semi-matte bamboo joints are tested for quality, including appearance, gloss, hardness and other aspects.

III. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Through the above manufacturing method, we can get the semi-matte bamboo joints with smooth surface and certain glossiness. Compared with the traditional fully matte bamboo joints, the semi-matte bamboo joints have a certain ability to reflect the light, which makes its appearance more beautiful and generous. Meanwhile, due to the use of environmentally friendly, non-toxic matting agent and other auxiliary materials, the manufacturing process of semi-matte bamboo joints is more environmentally friendly and healthier.

In the discussion, we can address the problems that may arise in the manufacturing process of semi-matte bamboo joints, such as the influence of factors such as the selection of bamboo materials, the temperature and pressure of the steaming treatment, the degree of buffing treatment, the selection of matting agent and the thickness of the application, etc., on the quality of semi-matte bamboo joints. At the same time, we can also explore the application and value of semi-matte bamboo joints in different fields, as well as its future development trend and prospect.

IV.CONCLUSION

Through the above manufacturing method, we can get the semi-matte bamboo joints with smooth surface and certain glossiness. Compared with the traditional fully matte bamboo joints, the appearance of semi-matte bamboo joints is more beautiful and generous, and the manufacturing process is more environmentally friendly and healthy. In the future development, semi-matte bamboo joints are expected to be more widely used and popularized in the field of raw materials for chemical production.
