I. Introduction

2. Water vapor distillation
Water vapor distillation is a method of distilling bromide in seawater with water, exporting the water vapor and bromine vapor together, and then absorbing the bromine vapor with an absorbent. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Heat the seawater to boiling, pass the water vapor, and export the water vapor and bromine vapor together.
(2) Cool the exported vapor and absorb the bromine vapor with an absorbent to obtain a bromine product.
3. Absorption method
The absorption method is the method of absorbing bromide in seawater directly with absorbent to obtain bromin products. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Acidify the seawater and add the absorbent so that the bromide is absorbed by the absorbent.
(2) Extract the bromine in the absorbent to get the bromine product.
Four, operation points
In the manufacturing process of bromine, the following operation points need to be paid attention to:
