PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Acrylic acid is an organic compound with the chemical formula of C3H4O2. It is a colorless liquid with a pungent odor. It is miscible with water and can be miscible with ethanol and ether. It has active chemical properties and is easy to polymerize in the air. It can be reduced to propionic acid by hydrogenation and added with hydrogen chloride to form 2-chloropropionic acid, which is mainly used to prepare acrylic resin.

APPLICATION AREA

1. Polymers are prepared by homopolymerization or copolymerization, and are used for coatings, adhesives, solid resins, plastics, etc.
2. Used in resin manufacturing, synthetic rubber lotion manufacturing and other fields
3. It is used to manufacture various plastics, coatings, adhesives, elastomers, floor polishes and paints.
4. The size on the yarn is made of acrylic acid, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, ammonium polyacrylate and other raw materials., This is larger than the size on polyvinyl alcohol, saving starch.
5. Copolymer latexes such as acrylic acid, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate can be used as adhesives for electrostatic flocking and wool planting.
6. The water thickener is a high molecular weight powder made of acrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer. It can be used as a thickener for oil fields. Each ton of product can add 500 product tons of crude oil, which has good oil recovery effect for old wells.
7. Coated paper coating uses acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, styrene and other quaternary copolymer latexes as coated paper coating, which has good color retention without yellowing, good printing performance, non-stick roller, better than styrene-butadiene latex, and can save dry and cool elements.
8. Polyacrylate can produce various polyacrylate products (such as ammonium salt, sodium salt, potassium salt, aluminum salt, nickel salt, etc.) through acrylic acid. It can be used as coagulant, water treatment agent, dispersant, thickener, food preservative, acid-alkali resistant desiccant, softener and other polymer additives.
